Michael Zelman, Partner
Mr. Zelman's practice is focused on the representation of employees in all aspects of employment litigation. Mr. Zelman advocates tirelessly for clients involved in disability, age, sexual orientation, and race based discrimination cases. He has represented employees victimized by sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Additionally, he has successfully litigated for clients involved in wage and hour disputes. Mr. Zelman has experience in all aspects of civil litigation from inception to jury verdict to post-verdict motion work to appellate challenges.
As founding partner of SCLLG, Mr. Zelman envisioned a firm prepared to spare no expense or effort in fighting for the rights of it's clients. Outside of the office, he enjoys football, yoga and spending time at the beach.

Taylor Prainito, Partner
Taylor Prainito has devoted most of her legal career toward being a zealous advocate of employees’ rights. Ms. Prainito has a wide range of experience in employment law but is particularly skilled in litigating employment matters related to discrimination, harassment and retaliation, including whistleblower actions. Ms. Prainito has had particular success handling cases involving gender discrimination and enjoys fighting for women in the workplace who have been treated unfairly.
In the field of employment law, Ms. Prainito has successfully negotiated multiple six and seven figure settlements against Fortune 500 companies and government entities. Ms. Prainito’s experience also includes managing and building trial cases that resulted in up to 8 figure jury verdicts in favor of Plaintiffs.
While in law school, Ms. Prainito was a member of Honor’s Moot Court, was a member of the Dean’s Circle and completed multiple internships, including with the District’s Attorneys’ Office.
When Ms. Prainito is not fighting for her clients, she enjoys spending her free time with her two rescue dogs, practicing Pilates and traveling.

Andrew Doriott, Associate
Prior to joining Southern California Labor Law Group, Andrew Doriott represented clients in a range of civil and administrative actions ranging from social security appeals to medical malpractice actions. At SCLLG, Mr. Doriott focuses his time and attention on employment law matters, primarily handling Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”) and whistleblower claims.
During law school, Mr. Doriott externed for the Honorable Otis D. Wright II, where he gained significant insight into judicial resolution of employment claims. He also clerked for a large Los Angeles firm, where he provided advice and support regarding personal injury, immigration, criminal, and business development matters.
Outside of the office, Mr. Doriott enjoys reading, playing board games, and looking for new coffee shops.

Chelsea Dean, Paralegal
Chelsea Dean discovered her passion for law and justice while pursuing her undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Gender Studies and Communication studies, Ms. Dean returned to UCLA where she attended their American Bar Association approved Paralegal Training Program. There she received her Paralegal Certificate with distinction. Ever since, Ms. Dean has dedicated her career to assisting employment attorneys during litigation, in their pursuit to attain justice and compensation for individuals who have been harmed by their employers.
When Ms. Dean is not assisting her attorneys and their clients, she enjoys pampering her poodle and tending to her succulent garden.
